SPRING

Spring is finally here!! Yesterday the kids played outside...Ben with worms and Sam with his soccer ball. Today...we took the training wheels off Ben's bike- he's still working on learning to ride it. When he learns to ride it- he can get a new bike!!
I have spent the ENTIRE weekend working on grad school projects. I'm fairly sure I'm on the verge of a breakdown...and hopefully peopole will come visit me at the hospital if I do:)

St. Patty's Day

As usual...I can't seem to figure out how to download my pictures in the right order!
We celebrate St. Patty's day because we're Irish. However there seems to be a leprechaun that comes to our house every year. He ends up using our bathroom! This year there were a number of clues for the kids to follow. The end result ended up being the lephrechaun left his hat, some gold coins (chocolate of course) and some yummy cookies. Tonight we are having our 'traditional' St. Patty's day dinner...green shamrock shaped pancakes. We are also going to see Mr. Mark tell a story at the library. d

Jodi Picoult

Tonight I went to Alverno to see Jodi Picoult speak about her new book. She seemed like a really nice person! It was super exciting:)

Seussical

Today we went to Rockford to see Mackie and Michael in Seussical, the Musical. They were both GREAT!!!

Aunt Josey

Aunt Josey came to visit! The boys really enjoyed having her read to them.
